AI Interview Assistant for Microsoft Teams
Cluegent supports permitted Microsoft Teams interviews with a private desktop assistant for live context, typed prompts, coding screens, and resume-aware answers.
Use live listening only where transcription and AI assistance are allowed.
Attach screenshots for coding rounds, diagrams, and visible prompts.
Customize answer behavior for HR, coding, and technical interviews.
Keep Cluegent out of the meeting participant list.
Microsoft Teams setup checklist
Start Cluegent before Teams, sign in, add resume context, and run a practice call using the same headset and desktop you will use in the interview. Place the overlay away from Teams captions, chat, notifications, and meeting controls. Test the exact screen or window sharing mode in advance.
Use the best mode for the question
Use listening only when permitted for spoken context, typed prompts for direct follow-ups, and screenshots when the interviewer shares code, a diagram, a support scenario, or an error. Quick actions can shorten, clarify, or add an example without retyping a long prompt.
Teams troubleshooting
Corporate Teams setups may restrict audio, capture, or desktop permissions. Confirm the selected audio device, operating-system permissions, and whether listening has started. If a screenshot omits context, make the relevant content fully visible and remove confidential material before capture.
Enterprise policy matters
Teams environments often include employer security and recording policies. Cluegent does not join the participant list, but private overlay behavior is not a promise against every monitoring system. Use AI, transcription, and screenshots only when the organization and interviewer allow them.
Customize Cluegent for your context
Cluegent is not one fixed answer style. You can tune the assistant around your resume, screen, voice context, and repeated prompts.
Resume context
Add your resume in Settings → Customize so Cluegent can keep your background, projects, skills, and experience in mind while helping with permitted interviews.
Listening responses
Customize how Cluegent answers from live transcript context: concise, detailed, example-first, interviewer-facing, or any style that matches your workflow.
Screen and type responses
Set separate behavior for screenshot-based answers and typed prompt answers, so code screens, visual questions, and direct questions get the right response style.
Quick action buttons
Create quick action buttons for repeated prompts like answer shortly, give an example, explain tradeoffs, brainstorm, or ask the next question.
